K1D8389-1CCMC is a UL325 Main Control Board Replacement Kit. For use with various LiftMaster DC Pad-Mount Commercial and Residential UL325 Approved Gate Operators; manufactured after 2016 only. Check the installation manual or replacement parts diagram for specific part information before ordering to ensure compatibility. This main control board is backwards compatible for older second generation gate operators and will require the following UL325 Safety Regulations: UL325 Monitored Entrapment Protection System Monitored Photoelectric Safety Eye Sensors, or Edge Sensors on the OPEN Entrapment Zone are MANDATORY. IMPORTANT NOTE: Failure to add the OPEN Monitored Entrapment Zone Protection System will cause the unit to not function properly.
